WebJan 1, 2024 · Each local publicly owned electric utility and electrical cooperative shall update its plan annually and submit the update to the California Wildfire Safety Advisory Board by July 1 of each year. At least once every three years, the submission shall be a comprehensive revision of the plan. Web(1) “Board” means the California Wildfire Safety Advisory Board established pursuant to Section 326.1. (2) “Division” means the Wildfire Safety Division established pursuant to Section 326.
