After Keith passed away in 2024, our family and friends wanted to do something in his name to help others. After learning about Camp Blackhawk, supporting this program made sense to his family and friends. WebNot Fade Away is a live music event to celebrate the life of Keith Kreiner and to raise money for The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago’s Camp Blackhawk. In 2015, Keith had a traumatic brain injury which caused him to have seizures for the rest of his life. Keith’s experience with seizures opened all of our eyes to the world of epilepsy. WebCamp Blackhawk is a week-long overnight camp designed specifically for children with all types of epilepsy. Campers get to take part in typical summer activities, such as swimming, zip-lining, talent shows and barbecues.
