WebIt never goes higher than 1.1v. When going into bios it shows a voltage of around 1.36-1.4v. Even when i set core voltage to manula and 1.35 volts still every monitoriung app shows a voltage of around 1.1v. As expected cinebench score is much lower as it should be.
