Dawn of war fatal scar error

WebI keep getting the dang Fatal Scar Error, and execution paused. it keeps referencing "mkr_Player_start_assasinate1 missing". I can't find anything on this. I've Uninstalled it, Deleted it from the very core and IO bit uninstaller. and futher, it was WIPED clean from my system. and reninstalled it many times.
