Every 1.5-2 seconds or so it freezes for about 10-15 frames then it's butter smooth. Then stutter then butter smooth, over and over. My suggestion is to let the Gforce Experience (yeh I know, philistine sacrilege) set your game settings and try it fairly low. Also just quickly create a new game, unmodded, and see if it has the same issue.
