Toxicities secondary to spine stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) have been extensively reported resulting from institutional experiences but are generally considered uncommon. Acute toxicities such as pain flares are typically self-limiting and can be effectively managed with supportive care even in relatively severe cases.
